DECRO Start-2 External Telemetry System

DECRO is an external telemetry solution designed for non-invasive monitoring of respiratory function, external ECG, and activity levels in freely moving, socialized, or single-housed rats, without surgery or restraint. Built as an all-inclusive platform, it simplifies study setup.

DECRO solution includes:

Acquisition system with pre-installed proprietary LASA software for data acquisition, real-time monitoring, analysis, and data export
Telemetry emitters and batteries
Telemetry jackets and accessories (purchased separately)

Components

DECRO Start-1 System is delivered in a compact flight case (5.5 kg – 42x35x18 cm) including:
An acquisition system (SYS-S2) and it’s electronic accessories;
2 DECRO telemetry emitter (EMET-HD-ACQREVG) with Bluetooth low energy (model G) for wireless acquisition of physiological signals;
4 rechargeable micro-USB batteries (EMET-HD-BAT-REVG), allowing 24-hour continuous monitoring;
LASA software for Start-2 acquisition system (SW-START2-V2) enabling the monitoring of one animal:
- Includes 2 acquisition slots, featuring a proprietary protocol for data loss detection, and automatic reconnection;
- Emitter control and real-time signal visualization from a web browser;
- Automatic analysis of cardiac and respiratory cycles and parameters;
- Activity index;
- Management, analysis, and visualization of individual data;
- Raw data and reports export for statistical analysis with third-party software
