BIOPAC UK Research Systems Training Seminar

Understanding the basic principles of physiological data collection is critical to both educators and researchers who teach and conduct physiology experiments. Having the confidence to configure your equipment, knowing the fundamentals of data collection and awareness of integration options with other equipment will help you avoid making costly missteps, save valuable time and ensure you obtain high quality, meaningful data.

The course will run over two days, with the second day optional. Places are limited so please contact us to register interest. 

This seminar will be at London South Bank University. The two day course starts with a basic introduction to data recording and analysis using BIOPAC MP System hardware and the AcqKnowledge software. This is suitable for both new users and current users who wish to get a fresh overview of the many possibilities offered by BIOPAC research systems The second day progresses to integration with other modalities such as VR, eye tracking and stimululs presentation systems, as well as more advanced analysis. The analysis will focus on specific attendee requested topics, ideally using their own data to provide tailored training.

Training will cover core BIOPAC research systems (MP150/MP160, Smart Center, BioNomadix Wireless Logger and MP36R with associated accessories) as well as use of integrated equipment including the EYE-ETV and Vizard VR system.

There will be a small fee to attend in order to cover costs. This will be £125.00 for one day or £175.00 for both days (per person, exclusive of VAT) and includes lunch and tea/coffee breaks.
